800 g homemade bread
500 g spare ribs
250 g pork loin
150 g bacon
100 g ground pepper
3 cloves of garlic
3 oranges
Q.B. Salt
Cut the 250 g of pork into slices, the 500 g of spare ribs into pieces and the 150 g of bacon in cubes. Crush the 3 cloves of garlic in a mortar with salt until a paste is formed. Add the 100 g of ground pepper and stir well. Spread the meat with the prepared paste and leave to marinate. Fry the bacon, add the pork ribs and season with pepper.
Cut the 800 g of homemade bread into slices and brown in the same fat in which the meat was fried, adding water to form “migas”.
Present the meat on a plate with bread as a garnish. Adorn with three oranges cut into quarters.
Serve hot!
