Ingredients

3  mullets
80 g of butter
2 lemons
1 bunch of parsley
q.b. salt

Preparation

Prepare 3 mullets; keep the livers and season with salt. Crush the livers in a mortar and add water to dilute well. Grill the red mullet. Put the livers and the 80 gr. of butter into a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the juice of 1 lemon, add chopped parsley and season with salt. Present the mullets on a plate with a garnish of boiled potatoes. Powder with the sauce and decorate with a lemon cut into fluted blades.
